Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and the Evo Ai Team governing your use of the Evo AI Pro app (“Evo,” “the app”). By downloading, installing, or using Evo, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

These Terms work alongside Apple’s own Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, since Evo is distributed through the App Store.

License to use Evo

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Evo on Apple devices you own or control, strictly for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple’s Usage Rules and these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from Evo, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Age requirement

Evo is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under the age required by your local law to agree to these Terms on your own, a parent or guardian must review and accept them on your behalf.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Evo lawfully and responsibly. You won’t use the app to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on someone else’s rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app’s normal operation.
• Circumvent subscription limits, security features, or Chat Lock protections.
• Use Evo in any way that violates Apple’s App Store guidelines.

AI-generated content

Evo’s responses are generated by an on-device AI model. Like any AI system, responses can occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Evo is a general-purpose assistant — it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

You’re responsible for how you use any output Evo provides. Use your own judgment before relying on it for important decisions.

Subscriptions

Evo offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Evo Pro, billed through Apple. Full billing, renewal, and cancellation details are covered on the Subscription & Refunds page, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

Evo, its name, logo, design, and underlying code are the property of the Evo Ai Team. These Terms don’t transfer any ownership rights to you — only the limited licence to use the app described above.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Evo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Evo Ai Team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You can stop using Evo at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or discontinue the app, or your access to specific features, if you violate these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Evo evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Evo after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
